Our target investment size between. $500,000 to $20,000,000 with the ability to provide additional capital if required. Typically Windsor Private Capital will structure its financing solutions in a form of debt facility with a term of 3-24 months. Financing solutions will often have a return enhancement which may include a conversion feature, warrants or royalty.
